Chickens are my least favorite living thing on the planet. Some bugs are higher on the list then chickens.
I told the kids you would say that. And when I read them your comment, they were still surprised….i told them, she might even like snakes more:) don’t worry, they will be far away from the house!
Snakes are amazing pets. Regardless, I learned ONE thing about chickens today… If you hold their head down on the ground, neck and all, then draw a line in the dirt right in front of them, they will literally continue to lay on the ground and play dead for about half an hour… just staring at that line in the dirt. No joke. I kinda want a chicken now so I can try it 🙂
